Avarati — Billing, Payments & Refund Policy
At Avarati, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and stress-free shopping experience. The following Billing, Payment, and Refund Terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

To protect against fraud, some orders may undergo standard verification checks.
Avarati reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that fails verification.
3. Billing Information Accuracy
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current billing information for all purchases. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or cancel your order.
4. Taxes & Currency
Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes where required.
All orders are processed in the currency shown at checkout (GBP by default).
Any additional fees from your bank (such as conversion or international charges) are not the responsibility of Avarati.
5. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
Avarati processes approved refunds within 10 business days.
Your bank or PayPal may require additional time to complete the refund.
6. Return & Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

Item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
7. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email info@avarati.com within 30 days of delivery.
If approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label (only if the item is damaged or incorrect)
8. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind, size issues, or preference-based returns: Customer pays return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Avarati covers return shipping.
9. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@avarati.com with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
10. Order Not Received / Missing Items / Lost Package Claims
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if the tracking status indicates the parcel is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the recorded delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier and, once complete, issue a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
If an item is missing from your package, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please email info@avarati.com with the following:

Photos of the packaging

A photo of the shipping label

A photo showing all items received
We will review the order, packing records, and parcel weight to verify the claim.
If confirmed, we will provide either:

A replacement for the missing item (free of charge), or

A refund to your original payment method
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, and items may be delivered separately.
Claims submitted after 30 days or without the required information may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

11. Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Submit a return request for the original item.

Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
12. Custom or Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
13. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping.

If the order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and then request a return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error with your transaction, please contact us first at info@avarati.com.
We aim to resolve billing issues quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
15. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Banks and PayPal may take additional time to show the funds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us.
16. Delivery Restrictions (Important)
Avarati currently ships exclusively within Mainland United Kingdom.
17. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders cannot be placed or delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
18. Regions Outside Mainland UK
We do not deliver to the following regions, islands, or territories outside Mainland UK:

Any orders placed to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
